Self-confidence isn’t one thing.
It breaks down into three elements:
Where do you want to begin?
Hi, I’m Anna — an ethnographer by training and fellow introvert.
Growing up, I was reserved, yet yearned not to be.
Curious and stubborn, I set off — without a credit card or phone — to understand how self-confidence works. That search took me around the world and into countless social situations.
What I observed was consistent:
self-confidence came down to three elements — being calm in the moment, clear on who you are and what you want, and in control of the situation.
I brought the most effective strategies home and tested them in leading business schools
What emerged was simple:
a small amount of the right knowledge can dramatically increase confidence.
Quiet Advantage grew out of that work. It exists to share practical tools that build real social confidence — while reducing internal resistance.
As non-extroverts, we’re often underestimated or overlooked. With the right tools, that changes.
