There are a couple of things to do before your session:
To save time, we’ll send you a short video to outline what to expect in the diagnostic.
You will also receive a couple of questionnaires - one to complete & return before the diagnostic, and one to get you thinking to save precious time on the day.

We allow 1 hour 45 minutes to get through everything at a relaxed that allows for plenty of questions.

The INSIDE model is part based on the Myers-Briggs personality type system as it provides a tangible framework to understand personality differences. Another element draws on the work of Professor Edgar Schein. which complements the rest of the session.
Both elements are regularly used in business school for developing self-awareness.
